TIRED OF LIVING WITH PAIN?

Discover How Medical Cannabis Could Help You Reduce Or Even
Eliminate Your Chronic Pain
- Safely, Naturally, And Affordably

From the Desk of John Malanca
Date: March 13, 2019

If there was a simple way to slash your pain level by 50%… 80%… perhaps even 100% — wouldn’t you want to know about it?

What if you could reduce (or even eliminate) your need for dangerous drugs, surgeries, or other medical procedures?

And do this without spending an arm and a leg…

I know — it sounds almost too good to be true. That’s why I wouldn’t blame you if you’re skeptical. After all, you may have lived with pain for months — or even years.

Your pain may stop you from sleeping through the night. And prevent you from enjoying the activities and hobbies you used to love…

Pain can make it difficult to play with your grandchildren — or even walk or sit comfortably.

If you’ve been suffering for some time, odds are you’ve tried just about everything to ease your suffering…

Painkillers, aspirin, exercise, rest, hot and cold packs, cortisone shots, maybe even surgery. At best, these offered only temporary relief.

It’s likely nothing has succeeded at giving you a lasting solution to your pain

Maybe you’ve even wondered about — or tried — medical cannabis or CBD… but may not have been 100% sure where to begin. You may have questions. And you don’t know where to turn to for help.

That’s why I’m writing you today…

Now a Better, Safer Option
For Dealing With
RELENTLESS PAIN Is Available

You’re about to discover the TRUTH about medical cannabis.

Even better, to help you decide whether cannabis could be an option to reducing or even eliminating your suffering.

And in a minute, you’ll discover how other people are using medical cannabis as a safe and natural way to ease or eliminate pain due to common health problems such as:

Arthritis and joint pain Back and neck issues Knee and hip pain Shoulder or hand pain Nerve pain Cancer-related pain Fibromyalgia Migraine and tension headache pain And many other pain-provoking conditions

You Don't Have To Take My Word For It...

You’ll see with your own eyes what current medical and scientific research says about medical cannabis…

What’s more, you’ll read — in their own words — how they are relieving pain with this sacred plant naturally.

But first, let me introduce myself…

My name is John Malanca.

I didn’t always know much about medical cannabis…

But when my father-in-law Stan was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer with metastasis to the brain and sent home to hospice with 2 weeks to live…

My wife, Corinne and I started searching for treatments to help ease his suffering. We discovered medical cannabis and we began using it to help him eat.

We were surprised when instead of getting worse… he began to feel better.

And while it may seem shocking… after incorporating medical cannabis into his own healing journey, Stan is still alive — 8 years later!

Of course, Stan’s case isn’t the only amazing outcome I’ve seen. Throughout the past 8 years… I’ve been blessed to receive countless messages from people whose lives have been touched by this sacred plant.

That’s because, for many years, I’ve been on the front lines of advocating for the legal use of cannabis.

I’ve consulted with thousands of people suffering from painful and debilitating ailments — along with their family members, caretakers, and doctors.

And I’ve made it my mission to educate patients and the public about the benefits of medical cannabis — and how to safely access and use it to ease pain and suffering.

Along the way, I decided to join forces with The Sacred Plant company, an organization dedicated to helping millions of people benefit from the healing power of cannabis.

Before getting to the powerful benefits of this natural plant medicine, it’s important to know a few key facts about pain…

Everybody's Experience With Pain Is Unique.

When you go to the doctor with a complaint of pain, you’ve probably been asked to describe it.

That’s because pain comes in many “flavors.”

Pain can ache, throb, sting, twinge, shoot, stab, or cramp…

It can be dull or sharp.

It can range from irritation or discomfort all the way to torment and agony.

Regardless, just know you have a lot of company if you’re a pain sufferer.

And according to the Institute of Medicine of The National Academies, 100 million Americans suffer from chronic pain.1

In fact, pain affects more Americans than heart disease, cancer, and diabetes combined!

This makes pain one of the most common reasons adults seek medical care. And one of the most common reasons doctors write prescriptions for strong medications.

THE DARK SIDE OF PAIN DRUGS

Pain-relieving drugs have literally been a life-saver for millions. Truth is, they play a vital role in easing human suffering.

Just imagine what life would have been like before people had medications to tamp down pain due to broken bones, serious diseases, even toothaches…

However, as beneficial as they may be, these pain drugs also come with frightening risks.

Credit: WikipediaRock music legend Tom Petty died in 2017 at the age of 66. His death was attributed to an accidental overdose of the powerful painkillers fentanyl and oxycodone, plus sedatives and antidepressants.

Sadly, his tragic story is not uncommon…

Petty had previously suffered a serious hip injury along with other ailments.

And after his autopsy findings were made public, his wife and daughter released this statement:

“Despite this painful injury he insisted on keeping his commitment to his fans and he toured for 53 dates with a fractured hip. And, as he did, it worsened to a more serious injury. On the day he passed he was informed that his hip had graduated to a full-on break.

It is our feeling that the pain was simply unbearable and was the cause for his over use of medication… Many people who overdose begin with a legitimate injury or simply do not understand the potency and deadly nature of these medications.”

Courtesy: Wikipedia Creative CommonsOf course, celebrity deaths capture all the attention…

So you probably know that rock superstar Prince, “The Purple One,” also died from an overdose at age 57. His death also was attributed to the painkiller fentanyl, which is considered one of the most powerful of all opioids.

Then there was actor Heath Ledger, star of Brokeback Mountain and the Batman sequel The Dark Knight. Ledger died at the young age of 28 from a prescription drug overdose.

Opiate drugs such as oxycodone (OxyContin) and hydrocodone (Vicodin) were found in his system, along with drugs for anxiety and insomnia.

These are just the famous people…

But what about the millions of Joes and Janes who take strong medications for pain?

Sadly, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) tell us that every single day, more than 115 people in the United States die from overdosing on opioids.

The plain and simple truth is, these drugs, while necessary at times… are dangerous.

That’s why the NIH now recommends a change in focus… a shift to safe, effective, and non-addictive strategies to manage chronic pain.

It’s my firm belief that medical cannabis can truly help fill this need.

However, there are still many obstacles to overcome…

Moving Past "Reefer Madness" And The War On Drugs

We've come a long way since the early 20th century...
But it hasn't exactly been smooth sailing.

Did you know… that in the 1920’s, American doctors wrote 3 million prescriptions containing cannabis — per year?

Unfortunately, decades of bias, propaganda, fear, and even racism severely damaged public perception of this natural medicine.

Despite an outcry from the American Medical Association in 1937, Congress went on to pass laws criminalizing cannabis…

This led to many decades of vilifying the herb as a “menace” or “demon weed” — leading to false claims of “insanity, criminality, and death” from its use.

As part of the so-called “War on Drugs,” the Controlled Substances act of 1970 was signed into law by then-President Richard Nixon.

This effectively listed cannabis as a Schedule 1 drug (along with heroin, LSD, and ecstasy) — wrongly proclaiming it had no medical uses and had a high potential for abuse.

Yet, strangely enough (or perhaps, not so strangely when you think about it)…

The U.S. Patent & Trademark Office has issued medical cannabis-related patents to the pharmaceutical industry and to the very own U.S. Department of Health and Human Services — despite cannabis being classified as an illegal Schedule 1 drug under the Controlled Substances Act.

There was some good news in 1996, when the Compassionate Use Act was passed in California, allowing the medical use of cannabis for diseases such as cancer and AIDS.

And the news continues to improve…

While it’s still an uphill battle, many states have now passed laws for both medical and recreational use.

So where are we at today when it comes to cannabis research?

The System Inside Your Body That
No One Ever Told You About...

Before you hear about the research done on cannabis and pain, it’s good to first have a little background. In school, you probably learned about major body systems such as the circulatory system, the skeletal system, nervous system, and others…

But did you know your body also contains what’s called the endocannabinoid system (ECS)?

According to experts, the endocannabinoid system could be the largest neurotransmitter system in the human body. (Neurotransmitters are chemicals that transmit signals between nerve cells.)

The ECS was discovered by Dr. L.A. Matsuda in the 1990’s when he was investigating the effects of THC — the primary intoxicating substance in cannabis — on the body. That’s how the ECS got such an unusual name.

Dr. Matsuda and other researchers discovered a complex network of cannabinoid receptors in cells of the nervous system, the immune system, the GI tract, and other organs.

Scientists also discovered naturally occurring chemicals inside the body that would bind with them.

This is a complex subject, but here’s what you should know:

The ECS promotes homeostasis or balance throughout the body, ensuring that all systems work in concert with each other.

Researchers have observed ECS abnormalities in a number of diseases, ranging from cancer to rheumatoid arthritis to neurodegenerative conditions.

One theory suggests that a deficiency of endocannabinoids may lie at the root of many disorders…

And it’s theorized that supplementing the body with naturally occurring cannabinoids from the cannabis plant can help correct the deficiency, relieve symptoms, and restore good health.

Unfortunately, most doctors know very little about the ECS… In fact, a 2013 survey found that only 13% of medical schools in the U.S. teach future doctors about the ECS.1

This means that, by now…

You may know more about it than your own doctor!

Research Supports The Use Of
Medical Cannabis For Healing And Pain Relief

I won’t waste your time going into all the studies that support the use of medical cannabis for relieving pain and decreasing inflammation.

There’s no need to…

An analysis recently published in the Journal of the American Medical Association examined a whopping 79 clinical trials involving 6,462 patients using medical cannabis.

Now, this is not some flimsy faux research published on an obscure website…

It’s a major analysis published in JAMA, one of the world’s leading medical journals.

And the results of the analysis were astonishing…

After examining all the data, researchers confirm that patients who used medical cannabis experienced:

   • Less pain,
   • Improved quality of life,
   • And the ability to enjoy more daily activities.

In conclusion, researchers concluded that evidence supports the use of cannabinoids for the treatment of chronic pain.

And that’s just one drop in a growing sea of evidence.

It seems that every week, universities like Harvard, Yale, and Johns Hopkins publish new studies and positive stories related to medical cannabis.

In fact, Johns Hopkins University recently examined the growing evidence, and went on record to say:1

“PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC PAIN WHO WERE TREATED WITH CANNABIS OR CANNABINOIDS WERE MORE LIKELY TO EXPERIENCE A SIGNIFICANT REDUCTION IN PAIN SYMPTOMS.

For adults with multiple sclerosis-related muscle spasms, there was substantial evidence that short-term use of certain oral cannabinoids improved their reported symptoms.

In adults with chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting, there was conclusive evidence that certain oral cannabinoids were effective in preventing and treating those ailments.”

As you can see, modern medicine is finally catching on and admitting that medical cannabis is an effective remedy for pain and numerous ailments. I know I’m biased, but that’s because I know…

From my experience working with thousands of pain sufferers, I’ve seen that medical cannabis is truly one of those safe and effective strategies we need so desperately.

There’s a problem, though. Many people have questions or concerns that may prevent them from taking advantage of all medical cannabis has to offer…

Common Questions About The Sacred Plant

Many pain sufferers initially come to me with one, two, or all three of these questions…

#1 Do I need to smoke it? No.

In fact, smoking the sacred plant is the least recommended way to dose…

The correct method of administration will depend on your condition and symptoms (I’ll tell you how to get more details later).

The next question is like the first…

#2 Do I need to get high? No!

You see, the cannabis plant contains over 113 different cannabinoids or chemical compounds. The two main cannabinoids — THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) and CBD (cannabidiol) — have differing effects.

THC can have psychoactive effects, while CBD typically does not. That’s why CBD is more readily available, even in many states that haven’t legalized medical cannabis.

Patients are now able to select cannabis products based on the dosage, compound ratios and delivery method. Some are higher in THC, and others are higher in CBD.

Some people may choose a product containing only CBD, one that offers health benefits without the “high.” Others may desire the euphoric feelings to help relax as the THC compounds or any of the 113 cannabinoids work to ease their pain.

With such a high level of sophistication, specific products have been developed to help increase energy, promote sleep, relaxation, manage pain, reduce nausea and inflammation, and more.

The third most common question is:

#3 What if I live in a State or Country where it's not yet legal for medical use?

First, you should know that there are prescription forms of cannabis that can help treat pain. In some cases, they aren’t as effective as the whole plant products found in legal states…

But don’t let this stop you from getting the pain relief benefits this way as you wait until cannabis becomes legal in your state. I would also say, it’s not a matter of IF it will be legal in your state or country, it’s a matter of WHEN.

You probably have many more questions about cannabis and pain… I know I sure did when we first began researching it.

And because so many people with chronic pain have questions that deserve answers…

I ASKED A TOP CANNABIS PHYSICIAN TO HELP!

I recently teamed up with Dr. David Bearman to create an inexpensive resource that helps answer questions you may have about using medical cannabis for pain relief — no matter where you live.

David Bearman, M.D. is one of America’s leading cannabis doctors. He’s spent over 40 years working in substance and drug abuse treatment and prevention programs.

He is also the co-founder of the American Academy of Cannabinoid Medicine (AACM), an organization dedicated to bringing higher standards to medicinal cannabis through scientific studies and board certification for qualified medical professionals.

Perhaps most importantly, he’s sat down knee-to-knee to talk with, listen to, and help more than 3,000 patients.

Because of his vast experience — and all the patient advocacy I have done — Dr. Bearman and I decided to put our heads together in an effort to help more people get the facts about this healing plant.

To do this, we’ve created a practical, easy-to-read guide called:

SEE WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING ABOUT
USING CANNABIS TO RELIEVE PAIN

If you’re on the fence about whether you should make this small investment. Or if you wonder whether medical cannabis can help relieve your pain…

Listen to what other pain sufferers and their family members have to say.

“He was on over nine different prescriptions at one time, and it had changed him. After a year, we saw such improvement… he was off all his pharmaceuticals that we started looking into this as a lifestyle change.

Instead of going for Tylenol and Ibuprofen or the pharmaceuticals they give after surgeries, go for cannabis.”

— Catherine Lewis about her husband Glenn

“I have MS, also fibromyalgia, and my back is broken in a few places… I’ve had three strokes now and was in a wheelchair… at one point I was at 34 pills a day.

With the medical cannabis program now, I’m one year completely pill-free. Instead of being a lump on the couch… I’m now working full time and taking care of my family. I’m off of Social Security and making it on my own.”

— David Patton, medical cannabis patient

“It was really important to me to be able to decrease the opioids. I decreased them by 75%. I went from taking a really high dose to a much lower dose and still working on that, but it’s getting there. I have more of a chance to be healthy because of it. It wasn’t an option before.

It wasn’t legal in this state until recently. The Oxycontin, I was on 80 milligrams, and I went down to 10. It really helps with pain. I think people should have access to it and they should be aware of it, aware of all the good that it can do.”

— Katherine Hubert, medical cannabis patient

“What [medical cannabis] allows me to do is moderate my pain in a way that I otherwise wouldn’t be able to do. And what I mean by that is, pain for me, how I experience it, it’s very immediate, it’s very overwhelming…

And [medical cannabis] helps me to create a kind of a psychological buffer where I can get a handle on it and manage it from within as opposed to just being victimized by my own body.”

— David Eagle, medical cannabis patient

These are just a small snapshot of all the stories we hear from people using medical cannabis to help lower their pain levels safely and naturally.

If it worked so well for Catherine, David P., Katherine, and David E. — and for thousands of others — don’t you think it’s at least worth trying?
